STORYLINE:

X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014) is a thrilling blend of action and sci-fi that merges two generations of mutants in a desperate battle for survival. In a dystopian future where mutants are hunted by Sentinels, robotic weapons of mass destruction, Professor X and Magneto devise a plan to alter history. They send Wolverine back to 1973 to prevent Mystique from assassinating the creator of the Sentinels, an act that triggers the dystopian future. As Wolverine navigates the challenges of the past, he must unite young Professor X and Magneto to avert catastrophe and ensure the survival of mutantkind.
