➱ STORYLINE:
"A Good Day to Die Hard," the fifth installment in the "Die Hard" series, sees Bruce Willis returning as the iconic John McClane. This time, McClane finds himself in Russia, teaming up with his estranged son, Jack McClane, played by Jai Courtney. Together, they confront underworld forces and a political conspiracy in Moscow. The film combines the series' trademark action and one-liners with a new international setting, offering a fresh twist to the franchise.
➱ STAFF REVIEW:
While "A Good Day to Die Hard" departs from the series' traditional single-location tension, it maintains the high-octane action expected from a "Die Hard" film. Bruce Willis and Jai Courtney bring a dynamic father-son relationship to the screen, although the film's departure from the original formula received mixed reactions from fans and critics. It's an action-packed ride, nonetheless, with sequences that are sure to entertain fans of the series.
