➱ STORYLINE:

"City Slickers II: The Legend of Curly's Gold" is the sequel to the 1991 hit film. It reunites Mitch Robbins and his friends Phil and Ed for another adventure, this time in search of a hidden treasure in the wild west. When Mitch inherits a treasure map, the trio embarks on a journey into the rugged Nevada desert, encountering various challenges and quirky characters along the way. As they get closer to the elusive gold, they also rediscover the importance of friendship and perseverance.


➱ STAFF REVIEW:

While not as acclaimed as the original, "City Slickers II" offers plenty of comedic moments and heartfelt lessons. Billy Crystal, Daniel Stern, and Jon Lovitz reprise their roles, bringing humor and chemistry to the screen. Directed by Paul Weiland, the film blends comedy, adventure, and Western elements, making it an entertaining follow-up to the beloved original.
