➱ STORYLINE:

An Education (2009) is set in 1960s suburban London and follows the story of Jenny Mellor, a bright and ambitious 16-year-old girl preparing for her future at Oxford University. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she meets David, a charming and much older man, who introduces her to a glamorous world of concerts, nightclubs, and art auctions. As their relationship deepens, Jenny is faced with a choice between continuing her education and embracing a more exciting, yet uncertain, lifestyle. The film explores themes of maturity, choices, and the impact of love on one’s life trajectory.
