STAFF REVIEW:

Alien (1979), directed by Ridley Scott, is a masterclass in suspense and horror. The film's claustrophobic setting, combined with H.R. Giger's nightmarish alien design, creates an enduring sense of dread. Sigourney Weaver's portrayal of Ripley is both powerful and relatable, establishing her as one of the most iconic heroines in cinematic history.
