How to Train Your Dragon (2010) is set in the mythical Viking world of Berk, where dragons are both feared and hunted. The story follows Hiccup, a young Viking teenager who, unlike his tribe, believes that dragons should not be killed. After capturing his first dragon, which he names Toothless, Hiccup discovers that dragons are not the ferocious creatures his village believes them to be. Through his secret friendship with Toothless, Hiccup seeks to change the way his village perceives dragons and show that Vikings and dragons can coexist peacefully.
